I'm Filipa- a writer, content creator, fashion & beauty enthusiast, and a a multimedia storyteller with a passion for crafting compelling content across digital platforms. Whether I’m reporting, writing features, directing visuals, or developing branded content, I shape stories with style, substance, and a deep sense of cultural relevance.

Always driven by a strong visual eye, my work explores the intersection of fashion, wellness, beauty, art and architecture with a focus on aesthetics, sustainability, and modern consumer trends. I’m especially drawn to stories that merge creativity with purpose — whether that’s spotlighting emerging designers or decoding viral media moments.

Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, I’m bilingual in French and English.

Outside of my work, you’ll most likely find me at a coffee shop drinking an iced matcha with almond milk.

I’m a foodie at heart with a passion for travel, always on the lookout for the next hidden gem or local favorite.

I'm also really into wellness, beauty, and sustainable fashion — not just as trends, but as a playful way of living more consciously and creatively.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Magazine, News & Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, with a minor in art history as well as a fashion & beauty communications milestone.

I’ve always been a believer that art is a method of communication which is why I decided to devote my education to meshing my creativity with my writing skills.
